I need your opinions..

So yesterday while I was at work I used the bathroom and found just the slightest bit of light pink blood when I wiped. I was 10 days away from my period at the time. I’m not entirely sure if this is a good or bad thing. I’ve been feeling a bit uncomfortable in my lower pelvic area. Not enough to be in pain but enough that I am bothered by it. What do you guys think this is?
