I’m having serious baby fever right now. I’m talking about it with my friends, daydreaming with family etc and their automatic response to my daydreams/hypotheticals is “well you have time!” “You’re still so young!” “You have the rest of your twenties” “see the world!” Etc. I’m almost 25 in a very stable situation right now. I realize I’m still young but damn. If we wanted to try right this moment, what would be so bad about it? Why do people act like having a baby in your twenties is the end of the world? It just gets on my nerves! What if I don’t want to wait till I’m 30!? Had to vent!! Any other young moms or young TTC couples experience this?
