Update on Irish Twin Pregnancy

I posted a few weeks ago that I found out that I was pregnant with a baby that would be less than one year apart from my little boy. I started lightly bleeding at five weeks and I thought it was from a uti but in the back of my mind I knew something wasn’t right. I went to my Dr. and they gave me progesterone suppositories to take for the next two weeks. The bleeding stopped once I started the medicine but came back three days later way heavier than before. I cried myself to sleep that night. After bleeding for three days I took a test and got the faintest positive. Fainter than the positive from a week ago. The next morning I tested again and there was no line. I started passing clots and a bunch of blood. I can’t help but to feel like it’s my fault. My husband and I are devastated. I’m trying to keep my hopes up and focus on getting pregnant again
