9 month sleep regression
Never went through a sleep regression... Ava has been a really good sleeper for the post part but for the past week she is refusing bed time. How long do you let them cry it out before just giving in? Last night she cried for an hour with us on and off getting her when we finally just let her stay up with us. She finally went down around 10 but we can’t keep doing that! Then she’s up at 3am and 5am. Help!
