extra hole 😅

I'm 3 weeks post partum and I got the courage to look at my privates in the mirror lol and I had a 3rd degree tear and I noticed an extra small hole right by my butt hole probably from my sutures.. has this happened to anyone else? I know I should tell my dr but I'm so embarrassed 🤦‍♀️
