I need opinions!

Do y’all think we could make it w my fiancé only making $16 an hour? We need to buy a house, all baby stuff AND all of our bills on top... I just don’t know what to do and if he should take this job. Also, if anyone lives in Texas/Houston/Austin area and knows anywhere hiring for my man please let me know!! Thanks 😣
