Burning after sex

I’m turning 19 soon and I’m still new to sex and need some help. I had sex with my first bf back in 2015. We broke up and I haven’t had sex after that.but every time we have sex I noticed burning after sex and burning when peeing and shower. We always use a condom. But all of this happens the day after. Now I met my new boyfriend since June. Lol yes 3 years not having sex and free. And we attempted sex one day it didn’t go in, of course because it’s been a while since I have sex. The second time we did it, it went in but it hurts like hell and a day after it starts to burn but it was mild and when I’m peeing I was comfortable because I didn’t feeling any burning ( we didn’t use a condom). But today is the third time and we use a condom because I insisted. And about an hour or so it started to burn and when I was peeing it burns like hell.Is it that I’m allergic to latex?
