Hmmmm

So I'm having a hard time figuring this out. I took a test about 4 days ago and it came back negative. What do you think? My SO and I have had unprotected sex for quite a while but I'm on the pill. I ran out about 2 weeks ago and hadn't had the chance to refill it and in the heat of the moment it completely slipped my mind. Anyway here are my symptoms: no period, nausea, fatigue, sore breasts, itchy nipples, mood swings galore, hot flashes, back ache, and finally some light cramping. I also have IBS so the cramping could be from that.
