When I’m on the pill I won’t get a period at all?

I started the pill about two weeks ago and I got my period two weeks before that, the app told me I was supposed to get my period on Monday but I didn’t?
So I’m just curious if I can’t get in on the pill
( I’m on the progesterone only pill)

You still get your period on the pill. Starting the pill it can mess with your period a bit, cause breakthrough bleeding etc. Are you still on the active pills? While you're on them you don't get your period. It's when you go to the sugar pills or have the week break, depending on the pill you're taking, that you're period will come in at some point during that week.

Progesterone only methods are most known for causing irregular bleeding/spotting patterns. That can include longer time frames with or without bleeding, random bleeding, or even frequent bleeding, at any given time. And, such irregular bleeding is especially common during the first 3-6 months while ur body is adjusting to the birth control. So, u may or may not get any bleeding or spotting. It just depends on how ur individual body reacts to it.
