3 week old barely sleeps

My baby will be 3 weeks old tomorrow. At night he is usually pretty good.

He used to nap most of the morning on/off until around 2pm but he’s been wide awake for most of the day for the last few days.

We changed his formula a couple days ago. Could this be why? He’s so whingey.
