Any one else really worried? Lost symptoms

So I am 5 weeks and 2 days and I am super worried about this baby. I had a miscarriage back in March when there was no heartbeat at 8 weeks. Last time I lost my pregnancy symptoms before I saw my doctor to, and the past day or so my symptoms have disappeared again 😭 I’m so worried I’m going to miscarry again I can’t stop thinking about it and over analyzing things. Is it just me? Am I just being crazy? Anyone else in a similar situation?

Completely normal. I’ve miscarried at 8 weeks, went to Dr and there was no heartbeat. I had to have a D&C.; However, I have 3 children and I have rarely have any symptoms at all with those 3. I never really know how my pregnancies are going until my appointments.

I'm having the same issues you are. I miscarried in May at 6 weeks. my anxiety has been through the roof.

Same here! I miscarried in February at 8 weeks. I'm now 5w3d and dont really have any symptoms besides occasional breast tenderness. I go Monday for an US and I'll be 6w1d.... praying to see a heartbeat. I know its hard, but try to stay positive!
