Sick after FET

Did anyone get bad diarrhea almost immediately after their FET? Just wondering what the cause of this is. I hope it doesn’t affect the embryo bc I had to bear down to hold it in for about 30 minutes while in transit before we could find a bathroom... and the nurses at the fertility clinic said not to bear down/push. I didn’t think I was gonna make it!
