Withdrawal bleed or period?

Hello everyone!

I've been on combo pills for a long time and decided to try the Nuva Ring. After 1 day of it I knew it was not for me lol.

So I finished my pack of pills and had my regular withdrawl bleed. I started the ring last Friday (July 6) which would be the day I normally start a new pack of pills. I couldn't stand it so I took it out the next day (July 7). Now yesterday

I started getting my period. Is this technically another withdrawal bleed or is it an actual period? I believe it's a withdrawal bleed but I'm surprised I got one after only having the Nuva Ring in for a day.
