Postpartum fitness (after c section)

I just got cleared to work out again last week ( 6 weeks pp after c section) and I’m doing pretty well but very discouraged at how hard it is to work my abdominals.

Does anyone have any pictures of their progress after c section (and how long it took)? I need a little motivation, I need to know this is possible.

I’m 5’1”... started pregnancy at 102lbs, ended at 154lbs and now I’m down to 125lbs. I need to drop another 15lbs and flatten my stomach before I can feel like myself again. Please don’t make this post about vanity...everyone wants to feel right in their own skin (and be able to use the clothes in their closet 😓).

At 4 weeks pregnant, 102lbs

40 weeks pregnant, 154lbs

7 weeks post c section
