I need advice...

Me and my bf have been together for a good amount of time now and I’m completely in love with him. He is an AMAZING guy who really cares for the people around him. The problem is he has HORRIBLE trust issues. I know he loves me but I feel like I have to walk on eggshells with him because he reads into things way to much and thinks I’m cheating on him with the guys at my work or doing things I shouldn’t behind his back. I don’t want to leave him cause I love him and he always tells me I just have to reassure him and he doesn’t mean the things he says. I’m not doing anything to hurt him and I wish there was something i could do to make him realize it. *note he is bipolar and is not currently on medication we are working on it.
