Down 20!
I started my (current) weight loss journey at 260. This morning I weighed in was 239.6! I haven't seen the 230s for years! Seeing the number go down gives me motivation to keep at it.
235 is the first goal I have for myself to meet. I'd like it hit it by the end of July.
