Help me SLEEP!!
Iām 8w5d and was just started on Lexapro for my anxiety. Ever since Iāve been on it, I jerk at night and talk in my sleep! I canāt stay asleep for more than an hour at a time and itās really hindering my daily activities. Any homeopathic ways to sleep while pregnant? Iām worried to take a sleeping pill
