Twins?

Okay so I tested this dark today at 3 weeks and 4 days according to my last period. Anyone think twins? Also I have been testing positive since about 3 weeks and 1 day on dollar tests!!! I couldn’t believe they would pick it up that early. Didn’t actually take a frer until today. I am 11 dpo.
