Stitches after labor

How do you deal with the pain!? It’s so unbearable, I can’t even sit down at all not without laying all the way back and if the chair doesn’t lean back I can’t sit in it. I even have to stand up to eat, and I can barely walk- I waddle and walk like an old women with back problems. I can’t shower because the water hurts, so I have to stand up and bathe and then wash my hair in the sink. The only thing I wish lasted that I currently am using is the cooling hemorrhoid hygiene pads and lotion stuff but I can’t touch it with my fingers because that hurt so much. If I would definitely take the pain of being in labor longer than to have to cut it short and then get stitches up because of it, to be completely honest.
