I’m not a girl that has sex on the first date. But tonight I hung out with this guy for the very first time and he seemed cool and nice. We were talking and all of a sudden he kissed me. I mean I kissed him back no biggy. That was totally on me. But later on I let him drive me back to my house and gave him a kiss and yes, we got in the back seat, I’m not going to make myself sound like I was totally against it. But I was okay with the kissing. But he started feeling me up and I told him I wasn’t the kind of girl to have sex on the first date, he didn’t listen and proceeded to continue kissing me. I told him I didn’t think I was ready and I didn’t know him and he continued to not listen and took my pants off and had at it. I didn’t say anything, I never said no and I never said yes. Afterwards I grabbed my stuff and legitimately ran home. I don’t know what the laws are for this because its never happened before.

But these are facts that I know:

-He did use a condom

-I should not have gotten in the car with him and I completely understand that, that’s not why I’m asking

-If I did not say no and did not say yes then is it considered rape?

-I am 5 foot nothing and weigh barely over 110 pounds. And he’s big and muscular

I’m looking for honest answers, if you’re going to call me a whore or tell me to keep my legs closed I kindly ask you not too.
