Ugh! Eating Healthy is NOT a Diet!
I am going to punch the next person who asks me what diet I am "on" and then proceeds to tell me about the fad diet their brother's girlfriend's friend is doing. Eating healthy is wise decision not some sort of short phase. Put down the cheetos Aunt Suzy and try it some time.
I'm a healthy person who makes healthy f***ing choices - I'm not "on" anything!
