am I being stupid

I've got my first scan today to confirm the pregnancy and I'm totally scared and nervous that the doctor won't find a baby I'm not pregnant ect. Am I just being stupid?? ☹️☹️☹️☹️ UPDATE: well I went to the scan everything is all good, I'm only 5 weeks pregnant but I've got a scan. I've got to go back in 2-3 weeks and have another. I'm on cloud 9 at the moment nothing can bring me down.
