We had our first ultrasound today and instead of being almost 8 weeks along like they originally calculated I’m actually only 6 weeks 2 days. My due date is now March 4 instead of Feb 22. We couldn’t hear a heartbeat but we could see it flickering on the screen and according to the dr it was 122 BPM. The dr laughed when I asked “are you sure there’s just one?” Because my family has felt the need to remind me that twins run in my family. I can’t wait to watch this baby grow. This is my first pregnancy and while I’m nervous because I have a history of back problems and bipolar disorder I know that I have a great support system around me.
