I’m nearly 6 weeks pregnant and I have hardly any symptoms at all.

Apart from peeing all the time, I get up like 4 times a night to pee and I’m always really really tired. Apart from that nothing, no sickness, no headaches, I don’t think my boobs have gone any bigger and my nipples aren’t sore or anything.

I understand everyone’s different but it just doesn’t feel right to me? I feel like I should have something if everything is ok?
