Sleep
So I know there have been other posts about sleep but my daughter is not a good sleeper. She’s not terrible but she doesn’t sleep a lot at night. She has been waking up once at night which isn’t bad but she’s fighting sleep until 10pm and up by 7am. She wakes up around 1:30am every night. She takes 1 nap a day and if I don’t wake her up from her nap, she would sleep for over 3 hours! I’ve done super short naps and early naps but it only changes her bedtime to 9pm instead of 10. I like 9 but she was sleeping by 8-8:30pm a month ago. When she wakes up in the morning, she’s yawning and starts getting cranky by 11am but won’t nap until 1pm. I don’t know what to do. She plays, we go outside, I do my best to keep her busy and get her tired but nothing seems to work. Any advice?
