So, I have a hair appointment in a few weeks. I’ll be 32 weeks pregnant. It’ll be my hair for my baby shower and for my maternity photos.

I naturally have medium brown hair. I would regularly dye in burgundy and it’d fade to a reddish brown. I liked both stages.

However, I recently went through the LONG and PRICEY process of lightening my hair and dyeing it gray. Obviously, that fades to blonde over time.

My question: do I get gray put back in to only have it fade to blonde?? OR dye back to burgundy to fade to reddish brown??

Reasons why I care: I want my maternity photos to be a lifetime keepsake AND I want something easy/manageable once my baby arrives.
