Sticky CM or Yeast Discharge?

I recently had a threesome a girl, she was very inexperienced and has irritated my lady bits. I've been raw, and I burn and itchy last night I put an ice pack on my lady bits to cool off and since it's not itched or felt so bad. Today when wiping u had this crumbly like discharge, and this blob. Is this just sticky, tacky CM or Yeast looking?

You should always be careful how you sleep with, it doesn't matter if she's unexperienced.. a yeast infection can make you itchy or irritated down there plus it has a weird smell also and the Cm that comes out it's like yellowish... I had a yeast infection when I got pregnant and the doctor told me cuz I don't wear cotton underwear. If you wear lace or silk underwear that can also be a cause.  It you should make a doctors appointment and get check even stds testing.
