Afraid to be excited?

Question

I found out a couple weeks ago that im expecting twins! i am now almost 9 weeks and every day i worry about losing one or one just vanishing! i want to be excited so bad cant shake this feeling of "am i really gonna have twins"? This is my 2nd pregnancy and i keep telling myself this 1 will work out too but its still so hard to believe

You wont lose them love. just keep doing what you need to do to stay healthy

I know how that feels. I had a very difficult first trimester, and it wasn’t until I’d reached about 20 weeks that I actually allowed myself to start getting excited, and to believe that this was actually happening. I think the time from the 20 week anatomy scan to the 24 week point of viability was the slowest 4 weeks of my life! 
I just took it a week at a time, and didn’t announce publicly or buy anything for babies until 20 weeks as I felt more comfortable that way. Good luck with everything.
