I’m sitting here, stuffing my face with these amazing blueberry lemon muffins I made yesterday (message me if you want the recipe! Believe me you do!). All I want to eat is carbs, but with my first that’s what I ate and I ended up weighing 180 pounds (from 120) and ended up with pretty bad preclampsia, my second I ate super healthy and still had gestational diabetes but my body bounced back much quicker. So I feel like I need to make a pregnancy resolution and not let myself use the pregnancy as an excuse to eat crap! Anyone with me???? I know I need support because mannnn I want carbs and ice cream!!
