A way to pause glow?

I’m currently pregnant. Is there a way to pause the app? I don’t want to uninstall it.
Will it work to just remove the notifications ?

If you have an iPhone you can uninstall the app but it’ll stay on your phone.

They have an app, Nurture, that's for pregnancy. I know it's the same forums and stuff but I'm not sure if you can move all your info onto it.

I’ve deleted eve & using nurture & it has all my info from eve. I just had to add my pregnancy details

You can download nurture and then go back later and it should remember all your stuff still
