20wks, not feeling movement

Hey mommas, I'm just curious to see how many little ones out there have started moving and if so, when?. I'm almost 21wks and I haven't felt my baby girl move yet. our anatomy scan went well and the doc said she's moving a lot. I'm just not feeling it yet and I'm starting to worry. I'm a bigger girl so I know that may have something to do with it, and I have been cramping and feeling the ligament stretching, but nothing like the "flutters" everyone tells me it's gonna be. Is 21 weeks late for movement, should I be worried? I've included a pic from earlier
