Help! First Ultrasound - Bleed in sac

So I had my first ultrasound today. I thought I was 7w1d but measured 6w3d, heart beat of 120 and doctor’s nurse called to tell me everything looked good but I have a bleed in the sac and it should resolve itself. I called back twice and can’t get anyone to tell me what this bleed is called all they say is “it’s nothing to worry about “ and “go about your daily life”

Everything I’ve found is bleeds are bad but almost nothing online of bleeds inside the sac.

I have endo and had a missed miscarriage the first go round last year. I’m freaking because they will not talk to me. Anyone had a bleed inside the sac and everything was fine? They definitely said inside not outside.

This is my first child and I’m so wanting to be excited but after carrying my lost child for weeks before finding out it was gone last time I’m terrified of everything.
