can i still b pregnant

im 8 weeks n 5 days pregnant...i started spotting 2 weeks ago my obgyn doctor tould me i waz haveing an miscarriage well she took blood from me n told me my blood levels went up...well i went to the dr again today its still no heart beat...can some one help..is im goin to still have a live baby
