Should I be jealous?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost four years now. At about a year and a half into our relationship we broke up (for only 3 weeks) and he ended up sleeping with a girl who he said was “only a friend” throughout our relationship. We got back together and he never mentioned a thing until 7 months ago. Obviously I was hurt and angry but we decided to try and work things out. Flash forward to today and he followed a girl on Instagram (and her finsta). However he won’t follow me on insta even when I have followed him and asked him to. I told him I was bothered about this because of what previously happened (who was also just a friend on Instagram). He told me not to worry and that I should trust him but its hard to do knowing how his last “friendship” with a girl I don’t know. He won’t tell me how him and his new “friend” met and keeps calling her a friend then an acquaintance which is also super confusing. (He doesn’t follow any other random girls on Instagram either just friends from high school, family and some models so it seemed strange) Should I be worried or jealous? Or am I overreacting?

That's all sketchy to me. I've had the same problem with my husband. Except he kept tabs on some girls a few years ago through Facebook and it all came back out noe during my pregnancy. He'd been acting so distant and so uninterested and I kept thinking it was because of someone else. The girls my husband kept tabs on were "friends from high school" according to him, and at the time I didn't think much of it and he deleted them and that was that. It wasn't until now that I'm pregnant that it all started to hurt me. Mainly because one of those girls was pregnant and he kept tabs on her pictures throughout her pregnancy as well and she looked nothing like me so of course it hurt me now that I'm pregnant and cause at the beginning of my pregnancy he didn't seem to be too interested in my pregnancy or in me at all. It's his first child, so it did hurt me a lot. Things have changed in that sense now, but for some reason I got really insecure and his actions said something different than his words. He blocked his friends list from me after a fight and started adding random girls right after and deleted them once I found out. He's never hidden me on his social media though and tags me on posts and what not. Not that that would stop anyone, but I think if he had something to do with someone, he'd be hiding me. He even has a picture of him and I as his profile picture. But why won't your boyfriend have you on ig?? Has he ever given you an answer to that? Have you ever sat down and talked about it?

That ain't right. If she is the only one. I refuse to follow or befriend my SO because he was a hoe back in the day and he is a coach and sexy as hell which for some reason gives girls the green light to comment and like every time he takes a breath.
