Ivf with testosterone priming?

I usually have estrogen priming for my ivf. I went for a consult with a new dr and he suggested testosterone priming. Has anyone used it? How were your results? Did you have side effects?

My doctor has me on this. 21 days prior to the retrieval cycle I apply cream every day. I had 2 cycles with zero eggs retrieved before I switched to this doctor and started with this protocol. Since then, I’ve had mature eggs each time. In terms of side effects, I think my hair was a bit greasier, but overall I felt great on it.

Yep.  I have low egg quality issues because of PCOS.  We did a few weeks of BCP ( high AMh here) and testosterone.  We also used HGH during stims.  I followed “ it starts with the egg” for over 90 days before the cycle.  All these factors I believe helped improve our overall blast ratio this time vs first  IVF.  I had 18 mature, 15 fertilized, 10 blasts.  5 PGs healthy.  Transferred one PGS healthy last month and am now 4.5 w. I believe Testosterone and HGh helped a lot in maturity and quality along with the supplements.
