Loss of appetite in third trimester
Hey ladies! I’m currently 32 weeks and 3 days with modi boys and for the past week or so my appetite has significantly decreased. I am still gaining weight and the babies looked amazing at their ultrasound today, but I feel so drained because I know my body needs more. The only thing I can bring myself to eat is ice chips and noodles, but I’ve been trying to force more into my body. I drink a ton of water, which never seems like enough. Everything tastes disgusting and textures of foods have been throwing me off completely. I have an appointment next week where I’m going to speak to my doctor about this, but do any of you have extra calorie food/smoothie/supplement suggestions? I take a prenatal vitamin, calcium, and iron twice daily.
