Clomid days 3-7 VS days 5-9

Hello everyone. I am going to start another round (my first in about 5 months) of clomid 50mg. I am on day 1 of my cycle. My current Dr instructed me to take the pills days 5-9. A previous Dr I was seeing for infertility recommended days 3-7. I have had luck ovulating with BOTH. I understand the importance of following Dr orders so please don’t tell me that, but I’m curious to know if someone knows benefits on starting on day 3 VS day 5 or vice versa? My average cycle is about 30 days.
