Af and pelvic pain

I'm a bit worried, every time af makes her unwanted arrival I gwr such bad pelvic pain to the point I can't move. I have to each morning take painkillers even if I don't have pain at that moment because if the pain gets bad before painkillers, painkillers can't shift it. I then have to take painkillers again before bed and have hot water bottle. Does anybody else go through this with af or is it just me? Think I need Dr appointment any advice greatly appreciated
