Hi Ladies,

This is my first cycle on Femara after failed rounds of clomid. TTC 26 months now and frustrated! My period was due a few days ago and I keep getting a spot here and there. I keep thinking- this is it. AF is showing her ugly face. But then....nothing. Has this happened to anyone here before? The spotting is either pink or brown. It alternates. Super confusing and I have no idea what is going on. I have tests but I hate using them when I keep thinking AF is coming. It’s always a huge disappointment seeing that negative.

So question is- did Femara cause you to spot before AF or BFP?
