pain!!

just had sex with my boyfriend last night and afterwards i woke up at 2:30 am with terrible sharp pain coming from my abdomen and i felt like i was going to throw up and when i would try to walk i would get dizzy and almost pass out until i would have to sit down.. and i had diarrhea once that night too and the nausea was awful and i don’t know what happened!! this lasted all throughout the morning but each hour passed it died down a little like right now it just feels like a smaller pain and i’m not really bothered by it and it feels almost as if i have to pee really bad. and yes i peed after sex twice bc we did it twice.. so it can’t be a UTI right?? does anyone know what happened to me last night?? also the condom broke twice lmao and i think i’m going to take plan b..
