Having a dream ot taking a pregncy test

I have a dream last night.. that I am taking a pregnancy test and it comes out to be possitive.. and also this is the first time that I dream about it. Before i also have dream reg to be preg but not like this to the point that taking a pregncy.. can I asl guys what is the meanjng of that ? Should I take a PT or just ignored it?

Btw as of now based on this apps.. this week is my fertile day and I have A soreness and swelling of breast feeling this past few days and a slight cramping.. and also from now on in 2weeks I have my mens.. is this just a normal ? Cause usually i have this feelings a week before my mens
