Odd spotting

So my periods have always been regular. They come, bleed consistently for 5 days, taper off and go away. These last two cycles have been behaving oddly.

My period was due today but I began a light pink kind of spotting after sex last night. It continued today very very light. Only wore a panty liner all day. It’ll stop for a few hrs, then drip then stop again. The thing is we tried to conceive this month. My midwife tells me I’m likely not ovulating due to low progesterone. But I’m wondering if this oddly behaving period could be bc I’m pregnant? Thinking of testing to be sure. Oh and I’ve had electric type pain in my breast off and on all day. These hormones are all out of whack!
