First trimester bloating & hunger

So I’ve gained 5 pounds probably more I’m to scared to get back on the scale and I know I’ve cut back on the gym a lot because ive been so tired!

Anyone have any tips on helping with bloating, that’s not drink lots of water lol?

Also how do you control hunger I find myself constantly needing to eat not only because I’m hungry but to help manage nausea!
