How do I break up with him?

We’ve been together 4 years, but I no longer think he’s the one. This last year with him I stayed to see if I could regain feelings, I thought maybe it was a phase but it wasn’t. I haven’t seen him in two weeks, the other day he said he misses me and honestly I don’t, it’s been a pretty good two weeks. Thing is I know he doesn’t see it coming at all, but I’m ready to walk away and I don’t know how to do it. Any advice?

You just gotta do it if that is really how you feel. There is no easy way to go about it, he will be hurt and will likely need time to heal. But if you keep pushing off doing it he’ll get hurt more. He’ll see you slowly becoming less interested in him and more distant and he’ll wonder what he did wrong. Or even worse if you ended up cheating on him because you are no longer satisfied with this relationship. 
Just be honest with your feelings, and let him go
