‼️Help‼️

Hi all, for the past year I’ve had this dark patch in between my breast. Money isn’t so great so I haven’t been able to see a doctor. Any ideas as to what this is or anyone ever had this before? Please help, it’s so embarrassing, I hate how it looks😩 here’s a pic😩

PS. I HAVE TRIED SCRUBBING LIKE NO TOMORROW YALL IT AINT DIRTY😩😂 I have even use that grey scrub thingy for the dishes don’t y’all think I’m dirty 🤣
