My baby hates hygiene+ a rant

He hates to brush his teeth he hates to take a shower and my curly head baby hates getting his hair brushed or his diaper changed. It’s a every day struggle with. I try and make it fun but he just hates it so much he’ll throw the biggest tantrums idk what to do. The next worse thing is that when I’m cooking he HATES when I cook for some reason he’ll cry and push me away from the stove he’ll want me to go and sit down with him I try and give him snacks and milk my phone and tv but Idk why he’s like this I’m just so over whelmed w being a single mom and by myself with him 24/7
