Could this be ovulation?

Question

I take Birth control pills but forgot to take them Twice right in mid cycle 07/10/18 and 07/11/18 maybe 2 days before ovulation which would of been 07/12/18. Started taking the pills after those 2 days like normal which was 07/13/18 Today I had a bit of tiny blood in my clear watery discharge I did have unprotected sex during those 2 days that I forgot my pills. Could that have been ovulation ?

I'm not super in depth familiar with birth control pills (I've always used depo), but I believe all hormonal birth control methods trick your body into thinking it is pregnant so you dont ovulate. I would think if that is how the pill works then you likely wouldn't ovulate in the two days you happened to miss taking it, although it's not impossible either. All you can really do is wait and take a test in a couple weeks if you think you might be pregnant at that point. Good luck!
