I was on it for 12 years, had regular cycles right away. Used other prevention for 3 months and then got pregnant the first month we tried.

Some studies say yes, some say no. Some say it has no effect on getting pregnant whatsoever. I know doctors use birth control to help with irregular periods which is suppose to help. Many studies believe otherwise it does not cause a decrease in ability to get pregnant due to the fact that many women ovulate again in a few months or less.
