Just wondering

So everyone I was really ill on Thursday couldn’t eat or drink constantly throwing up was having bad pains in tummy aswell as normally tummy pains Friday morning I wake up go toilet and I’m bleeding when I wipe just dark brown blood I’m not meant start my period for another 11 days ( on Friday) just wondering is this normal could it just be because of stress yesterday and fact that I had stressful week with my boyfriend cancelling our wedding 2 months before? It’s very light aswell and it just dark brown blood with hint of red not cramps no nothing
