positive, 2 negatives , positive

so my best friend and bf told me I wasn't myself and have been severely exhausted and moody and wanted me to take a test . it came out positive within 3 mins . took a test the next morning , it was negative. waited like 4 days and tested again, it was negative . still not feeling myself and extremely fatigued and not myself . took another test yesterday evening and it came out with a vvvf positive ! posting pics of tests in comments but what are your opinions ?!
